Asian BarBQ Ribs

Makes 4 to 6 servings Slow Cooker Recipes from AlansKitchen.com

Cooking Time: 7 to 8 hours on LOW

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Season ribs with salt and pepper.  Brown both sides of the ribs in a skillet over high heat.

  2. Combine ketchup, water, brown sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice, and pineapple juice in a saucepan. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.  (At this point you can freeze the ribs in plastic freezer bags with the sauce after the ribs have cooled. Thaw before cooking in slow cooker.)

  3. Place ribs and sauce in slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours.
