Classic Barbecue
Ribs

Time: LOW 7 to 9 hours or HIGH 4 to 6 hours

Directions

In a large sauté pan,
add oil.

Bring to a medium heat.

Add onions and garlic.

Sauté until softened
and lightly browned.

Stir in the lemon, brown
sugar, vinegar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce and
chili powder.

Simmer for 5 minutes.

Remove and keep 1/2
barbecue sauce for serving.

Pour barbecue sauce into
slow cooker.

Add ribs.
-
Cover and cook on LOW
for 7 to 9 hours or on HIGH for 4 to 6 hours.
To serve, cut ribs between
the bones and use reserved sauce.
