Onion Pulled Pork Sandwiches
Makes 12 servings.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: LOW 8 to 10 hours or HIGH 4 to 5 hours
Ingredients:
- 1 - Tablespoon vegetable oil

3 - pounds boneless pork shoulder roast

1 - can (10-1/2 ounces) French onion soup

1 - cup ketchup
-
1/4 - cup cider vinegar
-
3 - Tablespoons packed brown sugar

12 - sandwich rolls
Directions:

In large skillet,
add oil and heat.

Add roast and brown
on all sides.

Place the roast in a
5-quart slow cooker.

In a bowl, mix the
soup, ketchup, vinegar and sugar.

Pour over roast.

Cover and cook on LOW
8 to 10 hours or HIGH 4 to 5 hours or until done.

Remove roast from
slow cooker. Cool slightly.

Shred pork, using 2
forks. Return to slow cooker.

Serve pork and sauce
on rolls.
