Celery and Mushroom Pork Chops

Cooking Time: LOW 10 to 12 hours or HIGH 5 to 6 hours

6 - bone-in pork chops, about 2 pounds

1 - medium onion, chopped

1 - can cream of celery soup

• In a 3-1/2 quarts slow cooker, you need to layer the pork chops and onion.

• In a bowl, mix soups and pour over all.
• Cover and cook on LOW 10 to 12 hr. or HIGH 5 to 6 hr.
• Serve over cooked rice.
