This turkey is also
great as an entree served with salad and vegetables
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: HIGH 8 hours
- 4 to 6 - pounds Boneless Breast Roast
2 - cups water
2 - packages zesty Italian salad dressing mix, dry
- Place thawed turkey breast in
6-quart slow cooker.
- Cook on HIGH 8 hours or
until meat thermometer reads a temperature of 180º F when placed
in the thickest part of the meat, not touching the bone.
- Take breast out of cooker. Remove
the meat from the bone and slice or shred.
- Make gravy with cornstarch and
remaining broth. Serve on toasted bun with gravy.
