Anona's Beef Vegetable Soup

Cooking Time: LOW 8 to 10 hrs
Ingredients:
- 1 to 1-1/2 pound soup bone
- 1 pound
beef stew cubes
- 1-1/2 quarts cold water
- 1
Tablespoon salt
- 3/4 cup diced celery
- 3/4 cup diced carrots
- 3/4 diced potatoes
- 3/4 cup diced onion
- 1 cup
frozen mixed vegetables (your choice)
- 1 pound
can tomatoes
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1
Tablespoon chopped dried parsley
Directions:
- Into your slow cooker, add soup bone, beef,
water, salt, celery, carrots, potatoes, onion, vegetables, pepper, and
parsley.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.
- Remove bone before serving.
