Anona's Beef Vegetable Soup

Prep Time: 10 min
Cooking Time: LOW 8 to 10 hrs

Ingredients:

  • 1 to 1-1/2 pound soup bone
  • 1        pound beef stew cubes
  • 1-1/2  quarts cold water
  • 1        Tablespoon salt
  • 3/4     cup diced celery
  • 3/4     cup diced carrots
  • 3/4     diced potatoes
  • 3/4     cup diced onion
  • 1        cup frozen mixed vegetables (your choice)
  • 1        pound can tomatoes
  • 1/8     teaspoon pepper
  • 1        Tablespoon chopped dried parsley

Directions:

  1. Into your slow cooker, add soup bone, beef, water, salt, celery, carrots, potatoes, onion, vegetables, pepper, and parsley.
  2. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.
  3. Remove bone before serving.
