Kathy's Beef Stew

Makes 5 to 6 servings

Cooking Time: 10 to 12 hours

Ingredients:

• 2     pounds stew beef, cubed
• 2 or 3 carrots, sliced
• 1     onion, chopped
• 3     large potatoes, cubed
• 3     ribs celery, sliced
• 1     can (10-3/4-ounce) tomato soup
• 1     soup can water
• 1     teaspoon salt
• 1/8  teaspoon pepper
• 2     Tablespoons vinegar

Directions:

1. In your slow cooker, add beef, carrots, onion, potatoes, celery, tomato soup, water, salt, pepper, and vinegar.
2. Cover and cook on LOW for 10 to 12 hours.
