Slow Cooker Chili
Makes 10 servings

Cooking Time: LOW 8 to 10 hours
Ingredients
2 - pounds ground beef
2 - cans (16 ounces) red kidney beans, drained
2 - cans (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes
2 - medium onions, chopped
2 - cloves garlic, crushed
2 to 3 - Tablespoon chili powder
1 - teaspoon ground cumin
1 - teaspoon black pepper
1 - teaspoon salt
1/4 - cup jalapeno peppers
1/8 - teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
- In a skillet, add beef and
brown.
- Drain.
- To the slow cooker, pour in the ground
beef mixture.
- Add in red kidney beans, diced
tomatoes, onions, garlic, chili powder, ground cumin, black pepper,
salt, jalapeno peppers, and cayenne pepper.
- Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours.
- Serve in bowls.
