Creamy
Tomato Potato Soup
 Makes 6 (1 cup each) servings
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: LOW 8 � 10 hours or HIGH 4 � 6 hours
Ingredients
- 1 - package (11-ounces) creamy potato
soup mix

2 - cans (14.5-ounces each) petite diced tomatoes with mild green chilies,
undrained
-
4 - cups water
-
1 - pound small red potatoes, scrubbed, cut into quarters
Directions
- Combine soup mix, tomatoes, water and
potatoes in 3 quart and larger slow cooker
- Cover and cook on LOW setting
for 8 to 10 hours or on HIGH setting for 4 to 6 hours.
