Wonderful Cheese Fondue

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: LOW 2 – 2-1/2 hours

1 - tablespoon all-purpose flour

1/2 - cup dry white wine

1/4 - cup reduced-fat milk

8 - ounces Cheddar cheese, shredded

8 - ounces Gruyere cheese

2 - ounces Blue cheese, crumbled

1/2 - teaspoon red pepper flakes

4 - 6 - drops hot pepper sauce

  • Mix flour, wine, milk, Cheddar cheese, Gruyere cheese, Blue cheese, red pepper, and hot pepper sauce in 3 to 4-1/2 quart slow cooker.
  • Cover cook on Low 2-2 1/2 hours, stirring once or twice, until cheese is melted and smooth.
