Wonderful Cheese Fondue

all-purpose flour

- cup dry white wine

- cup reduced-fat milk

- ounces Cheddar cheese, shredded

- ounces Gruyere cheese

- ounces Blue cheese, crumbled

- teaspoon red pepper flakes

- 6 - drops hot pepper sauce
- Mix flour, wine, milk, Cheddar cheese,
Gruyere cheese, Blue cheese, red pepper, and hot pepper sauce in 3 to
4-1/2 quart slow cooker.
- Cover cook on Low 2-2 1/2 hours,
stirring once or twice, until cheese is melted and smooth.
