Sweet Corn Potluck Pudding

Cooking Time: LOW 6 hours

Ingredients

  • 1 - package (1 pound) frozen corn

  • 2 - cans (11 ounces) Mexican whole kernel corn, red and green peppers

  • 1 - can (14.75 ounces) cream style sweet corn

  • 1 - package (6.5 ounces) corn muffin and bread mix

  • 3/4 - cup water

  • 1/4 - cup butter or margarine, melted

  • 1 - teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. In 3 to 4-quart slow cooker, add frozen corn, Mexican corn, cream corn, corn muffin, water, butter or margarine, and salt. Mix well.

  2. Cover; cook on LOW setting for 3 hours.

  3. Stir mixture; cover and cook an additional 2 to 3 hours or until pudding is slightly puffed in center.
