15-Minute Albondigas Soup

Ingredients
- 2 - cans (14 ounces each) ready-to-serve beef broth

2 - cup frozen corn

1 - cup prepared salsa

1 - package fully-cooked beef meatballs

Tortilla chips (garnish)

Cilantro, chopped (garnish)
Directions
- In medium saucepan over medium heat,
you will add the beef broth, corn and salsa.
- Bring to a boil and
simmer for 5 minutes.
- For now, microwave meatballs according to package directions.
- Then add the meatballs to soup mixture and serve.
- Garnish with
crumbled tortilla chips or chopped cilantro.
Picnicking
& Tailgating
Heat (on stove or in microwave) and pour into a thermos.
When you get to the picnic or tailgate site, just pour and enjoy.
