Chicken Tarragon

Ingredients
1 - cup chopped onion
1/2 - cup sliced celery
1 - clove garlic, crushed
2 - Tablespoons butter or margarine
2 - cans (13-3/4 fl. ounces each) chicken broth
1 - can (8 ounces) mixed vegetables
1 - can (14-1/2 ounces) Italian stewed tomatoes
1 - cup diced cooked chicken
1 - Tablespoon parsley flakes
1/4 - teaspoon tarragon, crumbled
Directions
- In a skillet at medium heat, add
butter and melt.
- Next, add in your onion, celery
and garlic and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Next, add the broth, mixed
vegetables, tomatoes, chicken, parsley and tarragon.
- You want to bring to boil and
reduce heat.
- Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
