Raspberry Mint Crème Coffee
Makes 2 (10-ounce) servings
Prep Time: 10 min.
Ingredients:
- 2 - cups strong brewed hot coffee
- 1/2 - cup Half & Half
- 1/4 - cup chocolate syrup
- 1 teaspoon mint or crème de menthe
flavoring syrup
- 2 - Tablespoons raspberry flavoring
syrup
Directions:
- Pour coffee into 1-quart saucepan.
Stir in half & half, chocolate syrup, mint or crème de menthe
flavoring syrup, and raspberry syrup.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring
occasionally, for 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through.
- To serve, pour into individual
coffee cups.
