Fried Chicken in Bacon Drippings
Makes 3 to 4 servings

Cooking Time: 30 min.
Ingredients:
- 2 - cups all-purpose flour
- 1 - chicken, cut up (about 3-1/2
pounds)
- 1 - Tablespoon salt
- 2 - teaspoons paprika
- 1 - teaspoon black pepper
- 1 - Tablespoon poultry seasoning
- 1 - cup bacon drippings
Directions:
- You want to mix the flour with the
salt, paprika, black pepper, and poultry seasoning.
- Dredge chicken in the flour mixture.
- Preheat your frying pan with bacon
drippings at medium heat.
- Fry in pan for 30 minutes or until
golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels before
serving.
