Easy Butterscotch Spice Cookies
Makes about 3 dozen cookies

Baking Time: 10 min.
Cooling Time: 30 min.

Ingredients:

• 1 - package Spice Cake Mix
• 2 - large eggs
• 1/2 - cup vegetable oil
• 1 - teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 - cup butterscotch chips

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, you want to combine cake mix, eggs, oil and vanilla extract.
2. Beat at low speed with electric mixer until blended.
3. Stir in butterscotch chips and drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2-inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
4. Bake at 375°F for 8 to 10 minutes, or until set.
5. Cool 2 minutes on baking sheets and remove to cooling racks.
6. Cool completely and store in airtight container.
