Rose's Blueberry
Jello Salad
Prep Time: 15
min.
Chilling Time: 2 hrs.
Ingredients:
- 2 - packages
grape or blueberry Jello
- 1-1/2 - cups
boiling water
- 1 - can
blueberry pie filling
- 1 - can crushed
pineapple, undrained
- Topping
- 1 - package
cream cheese
- 1/2 - cup
powered sugar
- 1 - tub
(8-ounces) Cool Whip
- nuts (garnish)
Directions:
- In a saucepan,
you want to dissolve your Jello in boiling
water.
- Add pie filling
and pineapple, mix well. Pour into a
baking dish and let set.
- To make the
topping, in a bowl, blend cream cheese,
powered sugar, and Cool Whip.
- Spread topping
over blueberry Jello and sprinkle with nuts.
