Grilled Andouille Cheeseburgers

Directions:
Preheat the grill to medium-high.

In a food processor, chop the Andouille sausage
fine.

In a large mixing bowl, add the
Anbdouille,
ground beef, garlic, Worcestershire, New Orleans seasoning, salt and
pepper.

Mix; however, do not overwork the mixture. Form
into 4 (1-inch-thick) patties.

Place the burgers on the grill.
-
Grill to desired doneness (about 5 minutes per
side for medium-rare).

During the last 2 minutes of cooking, lay cheese
slices on burger’s tops and cook until melted.
-
Place the burger on the bottom half of the
roll.
-
Garnish with favorite toppings and condiments.
Serve hot.
