Panhandle Ham Sandwiches

Baking Time: 5 min.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 - cup light butter or
margarine (softened)
- 4 - green onions (diced)
- 2 - Tablespoons prepared
mustard
- 2 - teaspoons Worcestershire
sauce
- 4 - (60inch) French bead
loaves (split)
- 4 - slices Monterey Jack
cheese
- 8 - Baked glazed Ham slices
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350° F.
- In a small bowl, you want to
stir together butter (or margarine), green onions, prepared
mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Spread butter mixture evenly
over cut sides of bread.
- Cut cheese slices in half
and place 2 halves evenly on bottom halves
bread.
- Top with ham slices and tops
of bread. Wrap each sandwich in foil.
- Bake sandwiches for 5
minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheese melts.
Alan's Kitchen Tip: sandwiches
may be prepared ahead and frozen. Bake at 350° F. for 40
minutes.
