Bourbon Street Deli Special Sandwich

Ingredients

• 4 - Kaiser rolls, split
• 4 - teaspoon yellow mustard
• 1/2 - cup chopped drained marinated pickled vegetables
• 4 - Provolone Cheese Slices
• 3 - slices Cotto Salami, cut in half
• 3 - slices Bologna, cut in half
• 3 - slices Chopped Ham, cut in half
• 4 - slices tomato
• 4 - lettuce leaves

Directions

1. Spread bottom halves of rolls with mustard.
2. Cover each with 2 Tablespoons of the marinated vegetables and 1 cheese slice.
3. Top evenly with the meat, tomatoes and lettuce.
4. Cover with top halves of rolls.
