Open-Faced Tuna Melt Sandwiches

Ingredients:
- 2 - cans (6-ounce) solid
white tune in spring water (drained)
- 1/4 to 1/3 - cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 - teaspoon salt
- 1/4 - teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 - teaspoon sugar
- 3 - English muffins (split
and toasted)
- 1 - cup (4-ounces) shredded
sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions:
- In a bowl, you want to stir
together tuna, mayonnaise, slat, pepper, and sugar.
- Spread tuna mixture evenly
over cut sides of muffin halves.
- Sprinkle evenly with cheese.
- Place on baking pan and
broil 5-inches from heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese
is melted.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
