San Ranchero Bean & Garlic Dip

Makes 2 cups

Prep Time: 10 min
Chilling Time: 1 hr

Ingredients:

  • 1 - cup canned pinto beans, drained
  • 1 - cup canned black beans, drained
  • 1/4 - cups mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 - clove garlic, minced
  • 1-1/2 - teaspoon ground red chile peppers
  • 1/4 - teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 - teaspoon ground pepper

Directions:

  1. Into a medium bowl, add the beans, mayonnaise, garlic, red chile peppers, salt and pepper. Mix.

  2. Cover and place in refrigerator for 1 hour.

  3. Serve with tortilla chips.
