Grilled San Antonio Burgers
Makes 6 servings.
Ingredients:

1-1/2 - pounds ground beef
-
1/2 - cup steak sauce, divided

1/3 - cup onion, chopped
-
1/3 - cup green chilies, chopped
-
6 - hamburger buns, split
-
Guacamole
-
Monterey jack or cheddar cheese, shredded

Tomato, chopped
Directions:
Preheat grill to medium heat.

In a mixing bowl, add ground beef, 1/4 cup of the steak
sauce, onion and chilies.

Shape mixture into 6 patties.

Grill patties over medium coals for 7 to 9 minutes on
each side or until cooked through.

Occasionally brushing
patties with remaining 1/4-cup steak sauce.

Serve in buns topped with guacamole, cheese and tomato.
