Cisco’s Chipotle Burgers
Makes 4 servings

Ingredients

• 1-1/2 - pounds ground beef
• 3 - Chipotle chiles from a can of Chipotle in adobo sauce
• 3 - Tablespoon adobo sauce from Chipotle
• 3/4 - teaspoon ground oregano
• 1/4 - teaspoon ground cumin
• 3 - minced green onions
• 1-1/2 - teaspoon salt
• Guacamole
• Salsa

Directions

1. In a mixing bowl, add ground beef, Chipotle, adobo sauce, oregano, cumin, and green onions. 
2. Mix and form mixture into hamburgers. 
3. Grill until cooked through (internal temperature of 165° F). 
4. Serve on a bun with guacamole and salsa.
