Smokey Santa Fe
Makes 6 servings
Ingredients
- 12 - slices bacon
-
1/4 - cup mayonnaise
-
1 - Tablespoon sour cream
-
2 - teaspoon fresh lime juice
-
1/2 - teaspoon ground cumin
-
1 - teaspoon minced Chipotle chiles (canned in Adobo
Sauce)

1 - Tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
-
12 - slices multi-grain bread
-
1 - Haas Avocado halved, seeded, peeled and sliced

1 - large, ripe tomato sliced thin
-
10 - ounces smoked turkey, thinly sliced
Directions

In a large skillet over medium heat,
cook the bacon until crisp.
-
Remove onto paper towels to
drain.
-
In a small bowl, blend the mayo, sour
cream, lime juice, cumin, Chipotle chiles and cilantro.
-
Place 6 slices of bread on a work
surface and spread one side with the mayonnaise mixture.
Place equal amounts of avocado, tomato and turkey on each
slice of bread.
-
Cut bacon strips in half and lay 4 pieces
onto each sandwich.

Top with remaining slices of bread and
cut in half diagonally.
