Find True Grocery Shopping Savings

I’m not going to tell you what you want to hear. Just like life or dieting, it is not “quick and easy” and neither is grocery savings.

You always have a choice. You can choose to save money or not. You can choose to worry about it or not. When you choose your actions and your ideas, you choose the costs that result from your actions.

You do not have to save money. You do not have to eat right. It may be a goal but it isn’t something you “have to.” Trust me, you don’t want to lie to yourself. Just make the decision to save at the grocery store. Just make the decision to eat healthier.

Maya Angelou wrote, “You did what you knew how to do, and when you knew better, you did better.” Begin right now.

Trust me, you will be successful. You will take control of your life and be totally in charge of everything you think, do, and feel. It is not just about saving money; it is about changing what you do with your life. By changing you from the inside out, you will be able to attain and keep what I call your real-life grocery savings. It is savings that is “right” for you – a stable and comfortable program. You feel good and lovingly, accept yourself from the inside out.

To help you better understand, I’d like you to meet the Starr family. They’re Cliff, Connie, Camie and Chuck. Both Cliff and Connie work. He works for the state and she works at a local dentist office. Both children, Camie and Chuck are in elementary school. Camie is a 6th grader and Chuck in the 4th grade.

Because of the work schedules and activities, both parents attend night school one day a week. The children’s after school activities were important to them.

Cliff and Connie decided to share grocery-shopping duties. They decided to earmark the grocery savings for college and vacations. They, after figuring the past years grocery receipts, decided they wanted to save 50% off their grocery bill.
