Garlic
Green Beans

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 - cups
water
- 1/4 -
teaspoon salt
- 1 - pound
fresh green beans
- 2 -
Tablespoons butter
- 1 -
teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
- 1/2 -
teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
Directions
- In 10-inch
skillet, you want to bring water and salt to a
full boil. Add beans.
- Cook over medium
heat, stirring occasionally, for 9 to 14 minutes
or until beans are crisply tender.
- Drain beans and
return to skillet.
- Add butter, garlic
and pepper. Continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes
or until garlic is tender.

Tip:
Sprinkle 2 ounces freshly grated or shredded
Parmesan cheese over beans and let stand 2 minutes
before serving.
