Creamy Baby Lima Beans

Ingredients
- 2 - package (10-ounces) frozen baby lima beans

1 - cup fat-free sour cream

1 - Tablespoon all-purpose flour

1/2 - teaspoon prepared yellow mustard

1/8 - teaspoon dried dill weed

1/4 - teaspoon salt

1/8 - teaspoon white pepper
Directions
- Prepare lima beans as directed on package,
omitting any salt.
- Drain.
- Set aside.
- In 2-quart saucepan, add sour cream, flour, mustard, dill, salt and
white pepper.
- Stir in lima beans and cook over low heat for 6 to 8
minutes, or until sauce is hot and flavors are blended, stirring
occasionally.
You want to make this recipe a day or two ahead.
Just heat and place in thermos or thermal containers and head to the
picnic or tailgate site. Just serve out of the thermal container or pour from the
thermos.
