Fantastic Grilled
Corn on the Cob
Makes
4 servings
Prep Time: 5 min.
Grilling Time: 20 min.
Ingredients
- 4 - ears of corn
- 1/4 - cup (1/2
stick) butter, softened
- 2 - Tablespoon
Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 - teaspoon
chopped fresh parsley
Directions
Preheat grill to
medium-high heat. Husk corn; remove silk. Rinse
under cold water; shake off excess water. Wrap corn
individually in foil.
- You want to grill
for 15 to 20 minutes or until corn is tender and
turn occasionally.
- Remove from grill
and unwrap corn.
- In a small bowl,
you want to mix butter, Parmesan cheese and
parsley; spread onto corn.
