Seasoned Grilled Corn

Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 - package (0.7-ounce) (2
tablespoons) garlic salad dressing mix
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 8 ears fresh corn, husked
Directions:
Heat gas grill on medium or
charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
- Have ready 8 squares of
heavy-duty aluminum foil. (If desired, 2 to 4
ears may be wrapped together.)
- In a small bowl, combine
butter, dressing mix and salt; mix well.
- Spread 2 tablespoons butter
mixture evenly over each ear.
- Wrap each ear in aluminum
foil; tightly seal top and sides.
- Place packets on grill.
Cover and grill, turning once, for 15 to 20 minutes
or until tender.
- Serve hot with additional
butter.
