Festive California Corn

Ingredients
- 1 - can (15-1/4 oz) Whole
Kernel Golden Sweet Corn
- 1 - cup broccoli flowerets
- 1 - cup thinly sliced
zucchini or red pepper strips
- 1 - carrot , julienned or
coarsely grated
- 1/4 - cup plain nonfat
yogurt, room temperature
- 1/8 - teaspoon dill weed
- sliced green onion, if
desired
- fresh dill, if desired
Directions
- Drain corn reserving 3
tablespoons liquid in saucepan.
- Add broccoli. Cover and
cook 3 minutes.
- Add corn, zucchini and
carrot. Cover and cook 4 to 5 minutes or until
heated through. Drain.
- Combine yogurt and dill
weed. Spoon over vegetables.
- Garnish with sliced green
onion or fresh dill, if desired.
