Corn and Tomatoes
Makes 6 servings
Here
is a side dish that is as vibrantly flavorful as it
is colorful.

Cooking Time: 10 min.
Ingredients

1-1/2 - Tablespoon
butter or margarine

3 - cups corn
-
1/2 - cup fresh tomatoes, diced

1/4 - cup chopped green bell pepper

1-1/2 - teaspoon OLD BAYŽ Seasoning

1 -
teaspoon parsley flakes
Directions

In a medium
skillet over medium heat, add butter and
melt.

Then add the
corn and sauté for 4 to 5 minutes.

Next, add the
tomatoes, bell pepper, seasoning and
parsley.

Cook until
tomatoes are just hot.
Picnicking
& Tailgating
Heat before leaving (on stove or in microwave) and
pour into a thermal container to keep warm. When ready to serve at the
picnic or tailgate site, serve from the container and enjoy.
