England Corn Pudding

Ingredients
Directions
Preheat oven to
325° F.

In a mixing
bowl, add the
eggs, salt, pepper, nutmeg, onions, and beat.

In a saucepan
at
moderate heat, melt butter. Then
stir in the milk.

Cook until
warm and fold into the egg mixture. Stir
in the cooked corn.

Into a buttered
casserole dish, pour corn and egg mixture.
Bake for 1 hour and serve.
Picnicking
& Tailgating
Heat before leaving (on stove or in microwave) and
pour into a thermal container to keep warm. When ready to serve at the
picnic or tailgate site, serve from the container and enjoy.
