Ingredients:

  • 1 - can (16 ounces) beets with juice

  • 1/4 - cup water

  • 2 - Tablespoon butter

  • 1 - Tablespoon cornstarch

  • 1 - Tablespoon sugar

  • 1/4 - cup vinegar

Directions:

  1. In a saucepan, add beets, water, butter, cornstarch, sugar, and vinegar.  

  2. Over a low heat, cook 15 to 20 minutes until thickened.

Picnic or Tailgating

Put into a thermal container.
