Potatoes Scalloped
with Ham

Ingredients
- 2 - small slice ham

6 - potatoes, thinly sliced

2 - Tablespoons flour

1/8 - teaspoon onion salt

1/4 - teaspoon salt

1/4 - teaspoon pepper

4 - Tablespoons butter
-
1-1/2 - cups milk
-
1 - teaspoon parsley, minced

1/4 - cup bread crumbs
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
- In a baking dish, butter and add 1
ham slice on the bottom.
- Add a layer of sliced potatoes to cover the
ham.
- Sprinkle with flour, dot with butter, onion salt, salt, pepper,
and pour in the milk to cover.
- Add the other ham slice and layer the
potatoes.
- Again sprinkle with flour, onion salt, salt, pepper, dot
with butter, and pour in milk.
- Sprinkle top with parsley and bread
crumbs.
- Place baking dish in oven and bake
30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
