Chilling Time: 2 hr.
Ingredients
- 2 - cups coleslaw mix
- 2 - cups shredded carrots
- 2 - cups broccoli slaw
- 1 - medium yellow or red bell
pepper, chopped (1 cup)
- 1 - cup coleslaw dressing
- Additional broccoli slaw, if
desired
Directions
- In bottom of 2 1/2-quart clear
glass bowl, evenly spread 1 cup of the coleslaw mix.
- Layer with 1 cup of the carrots, 1
cup of the broccoli slaw and the bell pepper.
- Layer with remaining coleslaw mix,
carrots and broccoli slaw.
- Pour dressing over coleslaw.
- Sprinkle with additional broccoli
slaw.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 2
hours but no longer than 24 hours.
- Toss before serving.

In a large storage bag, put in the slaw,
and seal. Place the slaw into the ice chest.
When you get to your site, just unseal and put into a individual
paper or plastic bowls.

Pick up coleslaw mix, broccoli slaw and shredded carrots in bags in the produce
department.
