Deviled Tomatoes

Directions
- Over low heat in a
sauce pan, melt butter. To melted butter, add sugar, mustard, salt,
pepper, egg yolk, raw egg, and vinegar.
- Stir mixture until thick and
set aside.
- In a small dish, mix flour, salt and
pepper. Coat each tomato slice in the mixture.
- In a frying pan, melt butter.
- Brown
both tomatoes slice sides until golden brown. Pour sauce over tomatoes
and serve.
Picnicking
& Tailgating:
Heat in microwave before leaving and place in thermal
container. Heat sauce separately and place in thermal container.
At the picnic or tailgate site, combine and enjoy.
