Rutabaga & Mushrooms
Makes 4 servings.
Ingredients

- medium rutabaga, peeled and sliced

1/4
- teaspoon salt

- tablespoons butter

1
- cup chopped mushrooms

1/2
- teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Directions

Cook rutabaga in
salted water until soft.

Drain,
mash, and stir in 3 tablespoons butter.

Sauté
mushrooms in the remaining butter until brown, and add the rutabaga.

Season and serve.
Picnicking
& Tailgating:
Re-heat (on stove or in microwave) and place
into a thermal container. Serve and enjoy!
